There was 15 chips in the half pizza supper. Ordered a cheese and onion pizza. It was just onions dumped all over the pizza. Used to always order just super disappointed.

Was very disappointed with one of the items that we ordered, shredded chicken loaded fries with curry sauce, we have ordered this before and it was lovely, but last night it was awful the fries were overcooked the shredded chicken was just like burnt breadcrumbs hardly any chicken at all and whoever was cooking it needs to go easy on the salt, the whole thing was to salty couldn’t eat it went in the bin, only good thing was the curry sauce, tried to call to let them know but after a couple of try’s with no answer didn’t bother. Hopefully next time when order again we have no issues as this is the only time we have had a problem.

Delivered wrong thing which had to go in the bin. Was too late to order something else. Very upsetting for my (autistic) little one who was looking forward to his ice cream.

Fish and chips arrived cold and soggy. Nearly £18 for a meal I threw away. Ordered at 6.45pm and wasn’t delivered until 8.10pm. Very disappointed. It’s a shame because normally very good but won’t take the chance again.

The spaghetti carbonara has definitely improved, was really good tonight .

Very quick delivery and food was excellent

Disappointed in our meal tonight. Kebab was all shredded into tiny pieces, pitta bread was over cooked and hard. Smoked sausage was over cooked and chips were cold!

Food was correct. However they put sauce on my pizza supper when it was not request. Chips look like they were recooked or had sat to long in warmer, but still edible

Food fresh and hot. Delivery within 30 mins even though said would be an hour. Never had a bad meal from here

Tasted like it had been cooked hours ago, was tough and dry, normally my go to takeaway. Not now.

Pizza had almost no cheese on it

Food was lukewarm warm on arrival. Chips were undercooked.

Always great service from La Capanna food always top notch. Prices are at the high end but the quality justifies that. Tonight my tortellini wasn’t as good as I normally get to much Parmesan and not enough cream.

First time we have ordered will definitely order again food was lovely

Ordered a fish supper and a pizza. The fish was lovely but the chips weren't as good as they usually are, maybe a little undercooked this time. Also, I didn't receive the tub of sauce I ordered. Won't stop me ordering again as I've been ordering from La Capanna for years.

Only problem with the pizza was all the toppings slide to one side which was really disappointing unfortunately
