Tasted like it had been cooked hours ago, was tough and dry, normally my go to takeaway. Not now.

Pizza had almost no cheese on it

I use La Capanna all the time .Best Chippy in Livingston. 😊

Food was lukewarm warm on arrival. Chips were undercooked.

Always great service from La Capanna food always top notch. Prices are at the high end but the quality justifies that. Tonight my tortellini wasn’t as good as I normally get to much Parmesan and not enough cream.

Ordered a fish supper and a pizza. The fish was lovely but the chips weren't as good as they usually are, maybe a little undercooked this time. Also, I didn't receive the tub of sauce I ordered. Won't stop me ordering again as I've been ordering from La Capanna for years.

Only problem with the pizza was all the toppings slide to one side which was really disappointing unfortunately

Food was great as usual. I always order the Turkish calzone but we accidentally ordered the gluten free one which was also good. May I recommend making the gluten free section separately as its really easy to click it by accident 😊

Delivery driver turned up to my drive then got back in the car without the delivery being made. We thought maybe it wasnt ours. I called the resteraunt after 30 min as you are normally very fast to be told it's on its way. 15 min later it arrived but was Luke warm and had to be heated in the microwave. There is normally excellent service and delivery but this wasn't one of those occasions. I will continue to use your resteraunt due to previous excellent service and delivery.

My daughter and grandson have gluten free and that was the main reason we ordered my grandson loves the gf pizza we will always come back we live in polbeth is worth the drive

Fast service and the food was great.

Was supposed to be delivered at 7, didn’t come until 7:55. Items missing or swapped because they didn’t have the juice we ordered. When I called to let them know they said they would get it delivered but it didn’t turn up

Pizza was nice, but the cheese burger supper was weird, it’s normally the cheese inside the burger but this was a battered burger with a cheese slice slapped on top lol was quite greasy too
