Fish was chewy and tasteless, chips had more tiny crispy ones than actual chips

Food was cold when it arrived and pasta was very bland.

2nd time I’ve had a pizza from here and thought the first time was just a one off but the same this time around it was absolutely rank cheese was like rubber once again & pizza base was soggy it’s like it’s not getting cooked properly hence because of my previous experience I specifically said on my note to make sure it was well fired and once again ended up with soggy based pizza no taste whatsoever tried to grill it myself but was still Absolutely disgusting don’t know what pepperoni or cheese they are using but the cheese is like rubber and the pepperoni is tasteless will definitely not be buying from this place again !!

Received order quicker than advised, told about eight o'clock actually came at twenty minutes to the hour. Food was great will definitely order again.

Food arrived 70 minutes after ordering, driver couldn’t find address but then said he’d been & there was no answer. Even after giving clear directions over the phone, he still had trouble. Food was cold. After paying over £30 it’s not good enough, and on a Monday night? Never again.

I had ordered smoked sausage supper and gravy but delivery had sausage supper and gravy by mistake I didn’t phone because the ladies and other staff work so hard!! And to be fair I haven’t had sausage supper and gravy in years probs since a kid and I actually really enjoyed it so I’m still a happy customer like always

Unfortunately you delivered the pizzas an hr earlier than the time on the order. As we were having other things to eat alongside the pizzas we weren’t ready and by the time we were the pizzas were cold as 16” couldn’t go in the oven we were cooking other things in. I did say to the delivery driver he was too early, but he just handed me them and left. We will no use you again if we want them at a specific time.
