Unfortunately there was a meal missing. I paid for a plain haggis supper and it wasn’t with the rest of the food. I ate my meal first (as I Had an appointment). The rest ate theirs approx half an hour later. By the time they contacted me it was too late to phone and report. It was just to make you aware, hopefully there was a haggis supper left at the shop or someone else gained a meal!! Thanks Richard

Food as always was great.

All of the food was cold. There is nothing worse than cold chips. The Shish kebab consisted of slices of very tough and very bland lamb. Nothing like the seasoned tasty cubes of lamb which are normally served in a Shish Kebab. It is the most expensive delivery charge in the area - £3.50 for half a mile away. I will NOT be ordering from this takeaway again. You live and learn.

Absolutely awful. Staff didn't know what had gone on. One said it was thrown in the bin. The other said it wasnt made. The owner goy involved and literally shouted at me because they hadn't made an order they had 90 minutes to prepare. "You think you can just come in and get your order ". Yes. I do. That's how pre ordering works. Safe to say I won't ever go back

Foods great.

It took over an hour for Food to be delivered. When we received it .it was cold was too hungry to send back so had to heat ourselves. Not good enough when paying for delivery.

Well it’s always a 16” donor calzone I get and I can never manage to finish it , the wife recons I over estimate how much an inch is (don’t know what she was meaning by that (pmsl 😂). Seriously though food was perfect as always

Great pasta

I absolutely love this chippy. I usually order early. Thou This time they didnt have the juice i had order and offered Irn bru at the door. A wee courtesy call asking before deliver would be nice. The driver was really friendly when i said i dont irn bru and asked if diet cola would do.

Wrong order had to phone and get correct one . I got the wrong pizza. Also the chips were not cooked half were hard and portion was very small

Food was excellent, order to delivery was about and hour. Pizza arrived warm, not cold. But still one of the top Pizzas in Livingston, will order again !!!!!

Only downside is delivery time, took an hour and 25 minutes, it IS a very popular chippy so it’s not surprising,would be nice to know it’s going to take that long before I order though. Other than that it was outstanding, it is worth the wait
